Diagnosed with Scleroderma in 2013 after years of perplexing symptoms, my journey took a challenging turn as the condition progressed from limited to diffuse.

Alongside this, I faced Urothelial Carcinoma, leading to the removal of my kidney, and arteriosclerosis, which resulted in the amputation of my right leg below the knee.

Despite these trials, I remain resilient and active, passionately engaging with community groups and advocating for cannabis law reform.

For all but one year in the past five years, I’ve been a dedicated member of the Scleroderma Queensland Committee, committed to making a difference wherever I can.
